We was instructed as main contractor for the redevelopment of an old school building to facilitate a new IVF Clinic over 3 floors.
These works consisted of structural remodelling and internal refurbishment to produce treatment rooms, recovery rooms, meeting rooms, office space, counselling and consulting rooms.
M&E works had to be designed and installed to facilitate the laboratories, cryogenic storage, UPS back up, new plant rooms, mechanical ventilation, lighting, small power, intruder, fire, access control and the like. Project value £1.1m.
